The PARC has no staff (at present) and the organisations’ works is exclusively conducted through the voluntary contributions of Board members. Board members do not receive salaries, nor allowances. PARC thus has no staff-policy for slaries and Human Resource Development as yet. In the occasion PARC will recruit staff, a staff-policy will be developed by the Board.
